The Lake Placid Loppet Since 1981

Ironman; Lake Placid

(July 24, 2011) – A 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile run. This is an official qualifier for the World Championships; touted as one of the most beautiful and trickiest on the circuit. www.ironmanlakeplacid.com

37th Annual CanAm Rugby Tournament

(July 2011-August 2011) – Considered one of the largest and best run rugby events in the world. www.canamrugby.com

Saturday Night Ice Shows

Soaring Saturdays

24th Annual Rustic Furniture Fair

(September 2011) – The Adirondack Museum’s Rustic Furniture Fair is recognized as the premier “rustic” show in the country. No mass produced pieces here. www.adkmuseum.org

Oktoberfest
