An intense massage using targeted techniques to relax muscles overworked from your favorite sports.
Swedish Massage
A traditional massage using kneading, gliding, friction and vibration techniques to ease your mind and relax your body.
Deep Tissue Massage
An invigorating massage that targets tense areas, soothing away stress, aches and pains providing relief for tired and sore muscles. This vigorous massage is not recommended as a first-time treatment.
Reflexology Massage
An ancient traditional massage that focuses on reflex points on the hands and feet to improve circulation and induce relaxation.

Maternity Massage
A specialty massage for women in their second or third trimester of pregnancy. Special massage pregnancy pillows are used to add comfort and support. Our therapists are specifically trained in pregnancy massage techniques to relax and relieve the unique stresses and strains experienced during pregnancy.
