Bond over lunch or dinner… a meal that your group will create together! Learn to cook in Lake Placid Lodge’s new Teaching Kitchen, with Chef Nathan Rich and Sous Pastry Chef Sarah Steffan. Discover the secrets of how the Lodge makes everything delicious! Master kitchen basics, new grilling techniques, and see for yourself how the chefs make all the sweets so sweet. All skill levels, from the cereal-burners to the soufflé-masters, will have a grand time learning to cook at the Lake Placid Lodge Teaching Kitchen. The Teaching Kitchen is led by Executive Chef Nathan Rich. Chef Rich joined the lodge in late 2010 from Asana at the Mandarin Oriental in Boston. He and his seasoned team will oversee the kitchen and cooking classes.
