Artisans
Artisans is an intimate, fire-lit Lake Placid restaurant that extends out to the Lodge’s wide covered balconies in fine weather. The high windows and grand porches seem to seat the diner almost upon the lake. Chef Brian Sutton and his dedicated team offer a full a la carte menu based on the freshest regional ingredients, true “farm to table” cuisine. The menu is seasonally inspired and New American in tradition, but voyages wonderfully and mysteriously into the world beyond.
