- Looking for qualified and motivated line cooks to work in our kitchen. Cooks will work under the supervision of the Executive and Sous Chef. Responsible for prep work and station set up as well as nightly service. Prefer candidate with mobil 5 star or Michelin Star experience, must have high levels of service standards. This position can be available for seasonal or long term employment.
- Pastry Cook
- Looking for qualified and motivated pastry cooks. Responsibilities will include production of dinner breads, breakfast pastries, lunch and dinner desserts, execution and plating of dinner desserts, ice creams, cookies, turn down amenities and mignardises. Prefer candidate with mobil 5 star or michelin Star experience, must have high levels of service standards. This position can be available for seasonal or long term employment.
