Lake Placid Lodge buys fruit and vegetables directly from the farmers who grew them, fish from the fisherman who caught them, meats and cheeses from the very farms where the animals were raised. The result is food so fresh and clean that flavors shine; local agriculture is supported and Adirondack culinary traditions are honored. Menus can be customized to suit any dietary requirement or particular wish.
